Her growing catalog includes “Uneven Terrain,” which has surpassed 120,000 streams and earned her a Spotify streaming plaque, and “Role Play,” which has also surpassed 120,000 streams.

Beyond the mic, Fab$ serves as the Intentional Living Sacred Maker for legendary R&B and pop artist CeCe Peniston, creating intentional products that expand her creativity into the wellness and lifestyle space.

Leslie Topps

Public relations professional, music-business advocate, and founder of The Topps PR Firm.

Leslie Topps is a vibrant, innovative business professional with experience across executive administration, public relations, music business, and retail. In 2017, she launched The Topps PR Firm, where clients nationwide book her for press and media placements, online branding, public speaking engagements, and event management. Over the years, she has worked with celebrities, music-industry figures, influencers, and entrepreneurs, building a reputation for authentic public relations and results-driven visibility.

Leslie began her career in radio and earned her B.A. in Communications and Radio Broadcasting from The University of Memphis. Raised in a musical household, she began writing music in elementary school and developed strong musical foundations early, learning piano at age 6 and organ at age 9. She later played saxophone throughout junior high and high school band.

After moving to Atlanta to pursue music production, Leslie transitioned into public relations following an opportunity where her office was located in Jermaine Dupri’s studio. Recognizing the demand for authentic publicists, she committed to PR full-time and went on to support campaigns connected to Tyler Perry Studios, Gary With Da Tea of The Rickey Smiley Morning Show, and producer Drumma Boy.

Today, Leslie leads businesses and platforms that reflect her passion for communications, women’s empowerment, event management, fashion, and music, including The Topps PR Firm, LLC, Beyond Her Beauty Women’s Ministry, Inc., Work With Clothes, LLC, and The Pen Den, LLC. She is also available for speaking engagements for youth, young adults, entrepreneurs, and women.

Kareem C. Cherry, professionally known as Reemo, is an A&R Manager at Dyme Squad Media LLC d/b/a Dyme Squad Music, specializing in talent discovery, artist development, and music-industry operations. With hands-on experience guiding emerging artists from early development through release readiness, Kareem is known for his ability to evaluate music, branding, and market positioning while helping artists translate creative goals into structured, executable career plans.

In his current role, Kareem identifies and develops new talent, coordinates artist-development priorities, and supports project strategy across recording, collaborations, and industry outreach. He works closely with artists, producers, DJs, radio contacts, managers, and other music professionals to create opportunities that strengthen both the music and the business infrastructure behind each release. His work also includes supporting artist readiness in key operational areas such as registrations, licensing awareness, release planning, and career strategy.

Kareem brings additional A&R experience connected to 930/Universal, where he gained exposure to major-label-adjacent artist discovery, relationship building, and development processes. He has also worked independently with developing artists on repertoire, recording direction, branding, collaboration development, and release strategy, connecting projects with producers, DJs, radio personalities, and music-business contacts through an established network.

His selected industry experience includes working alongside the late Chubbiebaby, supporting opportunities involving Swiff and the song “Pull Up,” with radio support including Rick the Negotiator, and contributing within networks tied to projects involving Mr. Cheeks of Lost Boyz and other established artists and professionals. As a former artist with Close Range, Kareem also brings first-hand understanding of recording, performance, music-video production, and the realities of artist development, giving him a well-rounded perspective that bridges the creative and operational sides of the industry.

Rashida Gassaway Taper, professionally known as Rara Beatz, is a veteran music producer, composer, and audio engineer whose work bridges recorded music, television, and film. Inspired early by her father and driven by a deep love for sound, she pursued formal training in production, mixing, and audio mastering in 2004, building a foundation rooted in both creativity and technical precision. She studied audio mastering at District Entertainment Studios in Arlington, Virginia, sharpening the skills that continue to define her polished, broadcast-ready sound.

Rara Beatz’ compositions and productions have been featured on nationally syndicated television, including The Tyra Banks Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show, and Extra, with additional placements associated with The CW Network. Known for her versatility and disciplined approach, she creates music that supports visual storytelling, elevates emotion, and meets the demands of professional media delivery.

Today, Rara Beatz remains active in the studio, producing, composing, mixing, and mastering for artists and media projects, always moving with the mindset: same mindset, bigger moves.
