Artist Label Services Agreement
12-month or 24-month term
Artist keeps 100% ownership of masters.
- 70% artist / 30% label, net profits after approved expenses
- $250 distribution setup, due upon signing
- $1,500 marketing per campaign, including $1,000 ad spend
- Booking support: $500 to $1,500, added on top of artist rate
- Upfront, financing, or payment plan with a $250 minimum deposit and up to three monthly payments, CEO approved
Distribution-Only Deal

Artist keeps 100% ownership of masters.
- 70% artist / 30% label
- $450 one-time setup fee, due upon signing
- International distribution administration only
- Marketing or PR is separately contracted
