The evening
A night built around legacy.
Guests can expect a red carpet photo experience, elegant table seating, a three-course dinner with ribeye steak, salmon, or chicken, live concert performances, dessert, a silent auction with mobile QR bidding, meet and greet access, and vendors.
5:00 PM: Photos and red carpet. 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM: Dinner and concert. 9:00 PM: Dessert and silent auction. 10:00 PM to 11:00 PM: Meet and greet plus vendors.

Opening-act opportunity
Bring a stage-ready set.
Up to five opening acts can apply for a 15-minute R&B or Soul performance. Sets must be clean, professional, and stage-ready.
- $300 participation fee
- Meet and greet access and dinner backstage
- Regular Diamond Vibes Radio play, up to 5 tracks

- Permission to sell merchandise and keep 100% of profits
- Inclusion in select promotional materials

Vendor reservations include table and chairs, recognition, and TV and radio commercials.
Sponsorships
Sponsorship opportunities range from $150 to $10,000, with selected packages including radio and TV advertisements.
Foundation
The Da’Quan Waters Foundation is a Richmond, Virginia nonprofit created in honor of Da’Quan Waters, 1998 to 2020. It supports families raising children with disabilities and uplifts youth and young adults through community programs and music opportunities.
